We will guide you through a safe and effective workout with proper implementation of your program. Your goals will be realistic and attainable. Fitness evaluation

Your evaluator will guide you through several fitness tests to determine your current health and fitness level. This assessment will evaluate the four major components of fitness: body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. The results of this assessment, in addition to your fitness goals and medical history, are used to develop your individualized training program.

Our personal trainers will work closely with you, one on one, to provide a well developed program that offers professional direction and quality instruction, in order to achieve your target results.

Education & Experience

This is the difference! Each staff member is required to have a BS degree and current in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Our staff seeks continuing education. We view education as “a quest for knowledge” not “a fulfillment of a requirement.”
